Roasted, ground and sipped, all in one coffee shop.

As importers and roasters of internationally sourced, Arabica coffee beans, our coffee is as fresh as it can be, with the source of them alternating depending on what is best for that season. We roast our coffee in small amounts almost every day, making every cup as fresh as it can be, with no taste lost due to ageing from storage.

Plenty of bites to eat.

All of our snacks, breakfasts and meals are made at the time of ordering; we never use frozen or microwave meals systems, and we bake daily. Up until 11.30am, you can start your morning right with our large variety of breakfast meals for you to choose from with your fresh McCoy’s Coffee. We then have a great selection of food to fill you up after a long day of shopping or to enjoy with your family. We also have a large waterside terrace area that is a great sun trap on summer days and evenings, with a glazed area for those breezy days. It makes a perfect alternative for those who enjoy the outside dining experience.

Freshly roasted, ground and made

We are (geeky) Artisan roasters of fresh Arabica coffee beans sourced from around the world. We roast our coffee in small batch amounts every day, so they are as fresh as they can be, with no taste lost due to aging from storage. We use our traditional roaster, combined with our experience, to create some fantastic single origin coffees. Our roaster is hand operated using the roaster’s judgement, and has no pre-set or automatic controls. We can roast to requirements if a lighter or darker roast is required. We do not create blends with meaningless names that mask the contents of lower quality coffees, we believe that coffee is a pure matter of choice and what the drinker prefers, so any descriptions are only our opinion of how we tasted it on the day. We do offer an opinion of what we think makes a good filter or cafétiere drink as opposed to a pressure method espresso or stove top drink, but again you may have your own opinion.
